What is included in my registration fee?
Registration includes admission into all general and breakout sessions. It also includes cocktail receptions, entertainment, and all meals offered at the conference. Please RSVP during registration for the Monday Night Banquet.
Does the registration fee include transportation and hotel accommodations?
All air transportation and hotel accommodations are the responsibility of the attendee.
NOTE: If you book a hotel reservation at the Intercontinental Los Angeles, complimentary shuttle service will be provided to the event.
Will I receive a confirmation of my registration?
Yes, you will receive a confirmation via email after confirming your registration.
Is my registration transferable?
Yes. If you register and pay but are unable to attend, you can transfer your registration to a colleague from your company. Please submit all transfer requests to email@example.com.
What if I have to cancel?
Cancellation requests must be submitted in writing via e-mail (firstname.lastname@example.org) no later than Friday, February 28, 2014.
All cancellations made on or before Friday, February 28 are subject to a cancellation fee of $150.
There are no refunds for cancellations received after Friday, February 28. Substitutions are permitted.
